What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions with departmental objectives
- Design and develop various training materials, including instructor-led courses and e-learning modules
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
- Facilitate training sessions through diverse delivery methods, including virtual learning and on-the-job coaching
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in designing curriculum for operational workflows, systems, and soft skills
- 1-3 years of coaching/one-on-one training experienceExperience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other relevant tools
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
