What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own the brand writing strategy across all paid media channels, ensuring consistent voice and messaging
- Oversee the performance of copy across paid social, search, display, and programmatic channels
- Analyze campaign data to identify top‑performing messaging patterns and guide ongoing optimizations
- Develop compelling video scripts that drive performance and ensure compliance with standards
- Manage a network of freelance writers, ensuring high quality and throughput in creative production
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 4–6 years of performance marketing copywriting experience with a strong portfolio of high‑performing ads
- 2+ years in a creative leadership or mentorship role managing writers or creative contributors
- Deep understanding of direct response principles and consumer psychology
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
- High proficiency in writing compelling video scripts for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with creative quality standards for ad copy, landing pages, and video scripts
- Proven track record of meeting benchmarks for copy volume and impact on ROAS and CTR
- Familiarity with compliance standards in advertising and marketing
- Ability to proactively identify new copy angles based on market trends and consumer insights
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation for creative projects
