What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Oversee all plannable cybersecurity work, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and maturity goals
• Drive strategic alignment across capabilities and prepare narratives for senior leadership reviews
• Coordinate Agile, project, and operational workstreams for synchronized execution
• Lead unified reporting efforts including portfolio reviews and risk posture assessments
• Mentor peers and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT program or project management, focusing on cybersecurity or technology enablement
• Proven ability to lead integrated delivery across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall models
• Experience managing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives such as IAM, SOC, and Network Security
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, OKR alignment, and strategic planning
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in complex scenarios

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Technical domain expertise in areas such as Application Security, Network Security, and Security Posture Management
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Familiarity with cybersecurity maturity models and capability-driven execution frameworks
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira Align, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office Suite
