Lead Software Engineer | Day-to-Day

Lead the design and development of complex, scalable applications using .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.

Define engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the development team.

Architect and maintain secure, high‑availability cloud‑based systems optimized for performance.

Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

Mentor engineers, fostering continuous learning, quality craftsmanship, and knowledge sharing.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality, security, and maintainability standards.

Solve advanced technical challenges and influence decisions related to architecture and technology stack selection.

7+ years of software engineering experience, with advanced proficiency in .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React).

Proven experience leading engineering teams and collaborating effectively across functions.
