WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
- Agile: You understand that an agile environment requires flexibility. Sometimes the scope is not fully written and you will have to talk with the Product Owner and the team to get more details and complement the User Stories. You and the team will define the sprint goal together. Working in two-week sprints, you need to keep up with timelines. Time constraints and fluidity of work often mean taking a creative approach to your testing strategy. Starting test development in parallel with the feature development may be one option.
- Create & Test: You’ll define test plans and scenarios and will implement automated test cases for large-scale, complex software applications. You will focus on the verification and validation of applications from a system and end-user perspective.
- Collaborate: We work collaboratively, so you will communicate and collaborate with technical developers and multiple stakeholders for your products. You’ll articulate clear and compelling reasons to persuade developers and Product Owners to make product changes for the end user’s benefit.
- Learning: You’re always learning new codes and eager to figure things out as you learn.
- Challenges: Inevitable challenges will arise, and we’ll rely on you to look for a solution.
