In this role, you will:

Be the driving force behind the product vision, strategy, and execution. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to create user‑centric solutions that meet customer needs and deliver significant business value. Lead digital experiences with strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and a customer‑first mindset.

Scope/Categories

Role will report to the North America Engineering Manager.

Travel may include approximately 15% of work time.

Key Interfaces

Internal: NA DX Leadership, NA Marketing Brands and Product Teams, NA Product Managers; Legal Team, DTS Enterprise Architecture Team; NA DTS Team.

External: Marketing Agencies, Third Party Providers.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape the product backlog based on vision and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain effective release plans; coordinate product managers and delivery teams; manage dependencies.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements; translate into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring highest value features are prioritized.
  • Continuously refine backlog items with Scrum team and experts.
  • Set clear priorities, craft sprint goals, support delivering committed value and address impediments.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are fully understood.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience.
  • Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback and iterate continuously.
  • Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews.
  • Ensure product features comply with relevant data privacy regulations such as CPRA/CCPA and GDPR.
  • Integrate consent management tools and ensure compliance mechanisms are active and properly configured.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Drive the product’s digital marketing strategy aligning product development with marketing goals.
  • Report on product performance, user engagement and other key metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing and e‑commerce and integrate relevant advancements into product strategy.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive product experience.
  • Continuously assess and improve the product development process for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner with focus on B2B websites and digital products.
  • Strong digital marketing and e‑commerce strategy understanding in B2B space.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Deep experience with CMS platforms and developing digital experiences, specifically Sitecore CMS.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep Agile methodology experience and tools such as JIRA or Azure Boards.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred.
  • In‑depth understanding of digital privacy and compliance tools (OneTrust, ADA Compliance, GDPR/CCPA).
  • Experience working with legal and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into features.
  • Familiarity with consent management platforms and “Do Not Sell” functionalities.
  • Strong domain knowledge and track record launching digital experiences with wireframes, prototyping, and agile principles.
  • Experience leading virtual teams and managing end‑to‑end delivery of innovative digital experiences in B2B space.
  • Understanding of translation integrations, online marketing channel integrations, and workflow and asset management.
  • Proven negotiation, training and presenting skills; recognized as change agent influencing stakeholders globally.
