Insi is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to drive enterprise application development, integration, and modernization within a nearshore technology team in Brazil. You will lead design and delivery across multiple projects, mentor developers, and partner with stakeholders to evolve our platform.

The role requires strong C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Angular, and API integration expertise, plus experience leading technical teams in complex environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with full-stack development.
• Experience with complex enterprise applications, integrations, and APIs.
• Ability to own technical solutions and resolve complex challenges.
• Previous lead or senior developer roles with technical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, testing, and support of enterprise applications across projects.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise applications across multiple projects.
• Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Evaluate application architecture, dependencies, system interactions, and integration requirements to determine appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between applications, platforms, databases, and external systems, including APIs and web services.
• Lead technical initiatives by providing guidance, reviewing solutions, and supporting developers in resolving complex programming and integration challenges.
• Gather and document technical requirements, application flows, data flows, system dependencies, and integration processes.
• Participate in application testing, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support, including reviewing test results and supporting issue resolution.
• Evaluate opportunities to reuse, enhance, and modernize existing code and applications.
• Assess emerging technologies, tools, and development methodologies and recommend improvements when appropriate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and other technology professionals to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of development technologies, frameworks, tools, and software engineering best practices.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Demonstrated experience working with complex enterprise applications, integrations, and APIs.
• Experience taking ownership of technical solutions and independently resolving complex development challenges.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Development Lead, Senior Developer, or similar role with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with financial, accounting, ERP, or other business‑critical enterprise applications.
• Experience with accounting systems or General Ledger applications is a plus.
• Experience leading development initiatives across multiple projects.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications and integrating them with newer technologies.
• Experience mentoring developers and providing technical direction.
• Experience in a nearshore or international delivery environment.
