Qualificações

• Experiência comprovada como líder de equipes EICT Topside.

Responsabilidades

• Produzir estratégias de engenharia detalhada para o Topside EICT.

Position Overview:

As a Lead EICT Engineer (EICT – Electrical, Instrumentation & Control and Telecommunication), you will manage, supervise, and give engineering & design guidance to Detailed Engineering Subcontractor to deliver overall and module‑wise EICT detailed engineering deliverables in Topside facilities of FPSO, FLNG or offshore facilities.

The ideal candidate of the position will have a strong background in Offshore Oil & Gas Industry, be an expert in Topsides EICT Engineering & Design, and provide strategic focus in the Topsides EICT Design for Conceptual/pre‑FEED/FEED/EPCI projects of FPSO, FLNG or offshore facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce Detailed Engineering Strategies for Topside EICT design and engineering.
• Manage & Supervise Detailed Engineering Contractors to deliver Topside EICT detailed engineering deliverables.
• Manage interface with all relevant discipline to get necessary information for EICT Design or to provide data to other discipline for their Design
• Review Vendor Documents - EICT Deliverables such as Datasheet, Wiring Diagram etc
• Manage Project Engineering Team (Topside EICT) - manning and schedule control
• Report Area of Concerns, Progress and Plan to Project management team and Corporate Engineering Manager
• Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop Project Design Philosophies, Standards, Procedure
• Conduct feasibility studies, Pre‑FEED, FEED, FEED Verification (Inception of EPCI Phase) and EPCI phase Design (Detailed Engineering).
• Review sub‑contractor's deliverables and Validate design and deliverable technical qualities
• Implement Management of Change to ensure all design change to be incorporated in As‑built.
• Provide EICT Design support for construction, commissioning and operation team
• Provide Design expertise for decision making to resolve EICT related issue
• Ensure as‑built EICT deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in the offshore or onshore oil and gas industry
• Minimum consecutive 7 years experience at top-tier FPSO contractor or Offshore/Onshore EPC contractor (minimum 7 years continuous working experience in the same contractor)
• Minimum 2 FPSO EPCI Project experience from the beginning of project (Engineering) until the sail‑away to site or delivery of FPSO
• Minimum 1 FPSO FEED/EPCI Project experience as a Project EICT Lead
• Hands‑on EICT Engineering experience in FPSO or Offshore EPCI projects, especially Topside EICT Design including Supervision of Topside Detailed Engineering Organization
• Hands‑on Field Engineering in Construction phase or Onshore/Offshore commissioning experience is value‑added.
• Well Versed with EICT Engineering Tool such as Lighting Lux Calculation software (Relux)
• Extensive knowledge of EICT Design practices, principles, industry codes and standards - as well as an understanding of scientific methods of problem‑solving.
• Very strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. ability to manage multiple priorities
