BairesDev is seeking a Lead Data Engineer (SQL) to spearhead development, optimization, and management of robust database systems powering enterprise applications. You will guide DB developers, design schemas, and ensure data integrity across complex environments.

Lead the charge on performance tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis while collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Database Development, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in SQL Server development and advanced T-SQL engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience building complex stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Solid understanding of query optimization, performance tuning, and execution plan analysis.
• Experience with relational data modeling, normalization, and transaction management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor database developers and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Design and document high-performance relational data models and database schemas.
• Develop, test, and maintain complex database objects including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Analyze query execution plans to diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement indexing and tuning strategies.
• Manage database transaction control, ensuring concurrency, data integrity, and proper isolation levels.
