Job summary

Baires Dev is seeking a Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake) to architect, implement, and optimize robust data pipelines in a Snowflake environment. You will coordinate engineering efforts with business requirements while delivering high-performance data solutions.

You will lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery in an agile setting, reporting to the data engineering leadership. This is a remote role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Development, or related field.
• Proven expertise in Snowflake including Snowpipe ingestion.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and stored procedures.
• Experience in project delivery management using Jira, mentoring, and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake), you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of robust data pipelines within our Snowflake environment.
