As a Lead Data Engineer (Python), you will spearhead the design and optimization of robust data pipelines while guiding engineering talent to deliver high-quality data solutions. What You'll Do:

• - Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• - Design, construct, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to automate data ingestion and transformation processes.
• - Architect and manage complex workflow orchestration systems to streamline data processing workflows.
• - Drive database optimization and efficient extraction strategies across enterprise database environments.

What we are looking for:
