You will also support a team of Clinical Admissions Therapists and Associates, providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to enhance team performance and clinical excellence.

You will meet performance metrics related to admission rates, patient satisfaction, and time-to-admission, and ensure the team adheres to documentation and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement across the department.

We are seeking someone who shares our purpose and is energized by increasing access to mental healthcare and impacting millions of lives.
