Overview

We're looking for a seasoned AI Developer to join our team. As a key member of our AI development team, you will lead the design and integration of large language model (LLM)-driven agents, build modular toolchains, and ensure seamless orchestration across enterprise‑grade research applications.

Responsibilities

You will also work with AI / Machine Learning-based orchestration, including knowledge of benchmarking and guardrails.

Qualifications

• A solid understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), API integration, and LLM orchestration
• Experience with continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD), containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and monitoring AI pipelines
• English is mandatory
• MCP-based agent orchestration
• Strong experience in Python, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or similar frameworks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in data science, IT, or a closely related field
