Regional Sales Manager in Latin AmericaWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expand our market presence across Latin America.This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Latin American markets, including economic conditions, business practices, local regulations, and market trends.

You will also possess excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to negotiate and manage complex customer requirements.Besides possessing 5+ years of sales experience specifically in advertising materials or tarpaulin materials, you must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Additionally, you should have a flexible schedule to travel frequently within the region as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Market Development – Drive market expansion and secure sales orders across Latin America.
  • Analyse sales data and monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients. Proactively address customer needs and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Budget & Performance Management – Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales effectiveness and continuously improve sales processes for greater efficiency and impact.
  • Operational Coordination – Collaborate closely with headquarters sales team, product development, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Compliance & Reporting – Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience (Must-Have) – Minimum 5 years of proven sales and business development experience specifically in the advertising materials or tarpaulin materials.
  • Regional & Market Expertise – Strong understanding of Latin American markets, including economic conditions, business practices, local regulations, and market trends.
  • Language & Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills in English are required for coordination with the global team.
  • Collaboration & Independence – Strong cross‑cultural collaboration abilities, ideally with experience working in global teams.
  • Travel & Work Flexibility – Based in Latin America with the flexibility to travel frequently within the region as required.
