Marketing Manager (Ruminants)

What you'll do

The main role of the Marketing Manager is develop the business plan, portfolio (nutritional and services) and implement solutions, considering systemic impacts and relevant business points;

You bring
  • University degree in Veterinary, Animal Science or Agronomist
  • Post graduated or MBA in Marketing is desirable
  • Advanced English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in technical area focused on ruminants (cattle and pasture), portfolio management, product development and market analyses.
  • Knowledge in marketing tools
Your key responsibilities
  • Develop business plan of your product category and implement solutions, considering systemic impacts and relevant business points;
  • Do intermediation with commercial and marketing directors seeking alignment and formulation of business proposal for the segment.
  • Lead the technical team to delivery the value proposition for the customers
  • Develop the training content for technical and sales team
  • Conduct customer interface for collecting and understanding their needs;
  • Plan lifecycle of products according to financial and market forecasts;
  • Work aligned with the communications department in relation to the marketing campaign for product disclosure;
  • Relationship with factory, quality assurance, supply chain, Innovation, Product registration in the development or adaptations of products;
  • Keep up to date with both the products of competitors and new discoveries to the behavior of consumers.
  • If necessary, the manager must propose improvements in the product (for example a change in the package to draw more attention) or even the creation of new products;
  • Coordinate events and lectures related to their category with the marketing department, and be responsible for the planning, speakers, guests and what is most needed to achieve the same
