Prysmian seeks an HV System Analyst to join the LATAM HV Systems Team based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to the System Engineer Manager. The role covers system design, installation design, and technical proposals for HV cable systems.

Responsibilities include ampacity and short-circuit calculations, site visits for installation design, and technical support to PM, installation, and commercial teams. Proactive market tracking and supplier development are also expected.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Energy.
• Experience in HV/MV energy projects such as overhead or renewables.
• HV cable system project experience is a plus.
• English at an intermediate level; Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of Autocad.

Responsabilidades

• Design system and installation design.
• Prepare technical proposals for HV cable systems.
• Calculate ampacity, short-circuit withstand, electrical parameters, magnetic field, and cable pulling.
• Visit sites to provide preventive and corrective actions in installation design.
• Support project management, installation, commercial and offers teams.
• Participate in ToCost and regulatory activities.

We are looking for a HV System Analyst to join our LATAM HV Systems Team Based In Sorocaba - Brazil, reporting to System Engineer Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor system design
• Responsibleforinstallationdesign.
• Prepare technical proposalsofHV cable systems.
• Prepare calculations related to HV cablesystemsuch as ampacity, short-circuit withstand, electrical parameters, magnetic field and cable pulling.
• Technicalvisiton site in order to provide preventive and corrective actions in the installation design.
• Technical support toproject management,installation,commercial and offersdepartments.
• Responsible for system and installation DesignToCost.
• Participate on regulatory bodies meetings,eventsand congresses.
• Keep up to date with market trends, through participation in seminars and meetings.
• Develop and approve new suppliers related to HV cablesystem.
• Promote new products and services related to the High Voltage cable system.

Who are we looking for?

• Education: Degree inElectrical Engineering - emphasis on Energy
• Experience:Previousexperience in Energy Projects such as HV, MV, overhead, renewable.
• Further experience on HV cable system projects industry or electro-electronic will beconsidered consideras a plus.
• Englishat anintermediate level,Spanishin anadvanced levelisconsidered as a plus
• Knowledge onAutocad.
