About the Role:

As a Growth Operations Manager on the Direct LatAm Operations Team, you will play a critical role in scaling our commercial operations and enabling sustainable growth across the region. This highly analytical, cross-functional role is ideal for a structured thinker with strong operational rigor and a bias for action. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance pricing strategies, streamline commercial workflows, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of pipeline data, helping our teams close better deals, faster.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Deal Desk Operations: Manage and improve the process for pricing governance and commercial approvals. Establish clear ownership, define approval thresholds aligned with financial objectives, and implement process changes to improve velocity and compliance. Serve as a bridge between strategy and execution to ensure consistency and discipline in deal-making.
  • Own and Evolve Pricing Tools: Maintain and optimize Uber Direct's pricing tools to support dynamic business needs, evolving financial frameworks, new features, and scalable growth. Proactively analyze performance versus projections, identify deal-level anomalies, and use insights to enhance pricing accuracy and usability for commercial teams.
  • Streamline Strategic Deal Reviews: Lead the adoption and impact of the Deal Review process by aligning stakeholders, such as Strategy & Finance, Product, Engineering, and CommOps, around the most complex and strategic commercial opportunities. Ensure high-quality cross-functional input and accountability at every stage of the deal lifecycle.
  • Build, implement and track proper merchant onboarding: Merchants’ onboarding should be following guidelines agreed upon in Deal desk, Deal reviews and pricing negotiations.
  • Ensure Salesforce Pipeline Accuracy: Drive data integrity within Salesforce by monitoring pipeline health, proactively resolving discrepancies, and partnering closely with Sales and Ops teams to reflect accurate, timely deal information. Your efforts will inform better forecasting and decision-making at every level.
  • Build Latam's strategy for SMBs (Small and Medium businesses) and Channel Partners: Assess and criticize our funnel for smaller businesses, find opportunities to tackle within Operations or in partnership with other teams (e.g. Product); track our funnel performance in an automatic and reliable way; design ways to work with different channel partners across Latam in order to achieve profitable growth.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong analytical and operational skill set, with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and commercial analytics
  • Experience in high-growth environments and/or B2B, logistics, or marketplace businesses is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
