Overview

LATAM - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - Brazil. Location: Fully remote, global, regional and satellite offices available at your discretion. Commission: Yes. Employment Type: Full-Time. Travel: Travel may be required based on business demand or client request.

Position Profile: You will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects. This role involves cultivating new business, defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, and formulating potential solutions based on client requirements. You will engage with Directors and C-level contacts and develop, grow, and execute the sales cycle in medium and enterprise organizations. You must adapt your sales approach to client prerequisites and support ongoing opportunities. A business plan is expected and should be frequently updated to track growth, performance, and territory strategy. You will also act as a liaison between Omni Business Solutions, partners, and customers and have a solid understanding of Digital Transformation, Modernization, Enterprise Solutions and Services.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business and upgrade existing clients
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Complete customer requirements analysis
  • Identify pain points for prospects and accounts
  • Communicate with technology partners
  • Obtain and exceed assigned quota
  • Prepare and update business plans
  • Proficient understanding and utilization of sales reporting
  • Manage territory and follow described fulfillment processes
  • Ensure and submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service orders
  • Provide product/services demonstrations and presentations online/on premise
  • Oversee proper implementation and hand-off of client from sales to services
  • Maintain industry and competitive knowledge
  • Respond effectively to opportunities and RFIs/RFQs
  • Attend and complete required training
  • Maintain knowledge across Cloud, Application Development, Digital Transformation, IT Infrastructure, and related areas
Qualifications
  • Valid Passport; native English-speaking proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Minimum of five years in Technology Solutions Sales across multiple solutions/services
  • Experience managing an open territory to drive new sales
  • Experience with senior leadership and C-level relationship building
  • Understanding of sales skills and complex solution selling
  • Ability to achieve high sales volumes
  • Minimum of four recent Sales/Technical Certifications (Business Development / Pre-Sales)
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at technical and professional levels
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
