A leading technology company is seeking a Key Account Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. This role requires managing the sales process, developing product demonstrations, and maintaining customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Automation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and be self-motivated with experience in technical sales. The role requires approximately 50% travel to meet client needs.
The Key Account Manager must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical users.
The Key Account Manager is the primary technical resource for the field sales force, being responsible for actively leading and managing the assessment stage of the sales process, working closely with the Biding and Demand Generation teams as the primary technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
Must be able to identify all technical issues for assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Must be the main contact for customer, acting as the bridge communication with the internal operations teams.
