As we expand our presence in Latam, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Specialist to join our team

Key Responsibilities :
  • Project Coordination & Lead Management : Take ownership of the regional distributor recruitment project by collecting, organizing, and managing all distributor leads generated by our sales advisors.
  • Distributor Screening & Onboarding : Conduct preliminary screenings of potential distributors based on established criteria, proactively contact and qualify candidates in target regions, and build a structured pipeline. You will collaborate with our headquarters team to finalize the selection of new distributors.
  • Account Management & Growth : Manage and support the ongoing relationship with appointed regional distributors. This includes facilitating orders, managing procurement processes, monitoring sales targets, and ultimately being accountable for the sales performance and revenue growth within your channel.
Qualifications :
  • Language Skills : Full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
  • Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, channel management, or key account management.
  • Industry Knowledge : Prior experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
  • Cultural Affinity : Experience working with or for a Chinese company is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Attributes : A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, excellent resilience under pressure, and a genuine enthusiasm for embracing change and challenges. You must be a quick learner who can rapidly apply new knowledge to your work.
