As our Key Account Manager, based in Kyiv, Ukraine, you’ll work closely with key distributors and agroholdings to strengthen Nufarm’s presence and drive business growth across the region. You’ll be a strategic partner and advisor — ensuring our customers’ success through collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to evolving agriculture together.

How You’ll Help Us Grow
  • Develop and execute annual and long‑term growth plans with key distributors and agroholdings.
  • Negotiate volumes, prices, and payment terms within agreed commercial frameworks.
  • Identify new opportunities and build strategic partnerships that deliver mutual value.
  • Drive demand for Nufarm products through field trials, seminars, training, and commercial actions in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Participate in tenders — from preparation to post‑analysis — ensuring competitive and timely offers.
  • Forecast and track sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible service and communication with customers.
  • Resolve issues and maintain strong, trusted relationships that stand the test of time.

You’re a driven, customer‑focused professional with experience in key account management and sales, known for your ability to build lasting relationships and deliver results. You thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

You’ll also bring:

  • Higher education in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
