Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the best strategies to maximize revenue per truck, meeting the needs of different driver profiles, using data for the whole process.
- Negotiate the best rates with Freight Brokers, always looking for the most profitable options, seeking competitive rates per mile and total freight.
- Monitor drivers’ activities and balance home time requests with the operational need for billing, for both the driver and the company.
- Communicate with drivers daily to optimize productivity and reduce driver turnover.
- Track all cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve any issues until delivery.
- Perform an administrative role by completing appropriate documentation, monitoring driver progress, and ensuring required documentation is attached for cargo billing.
- Update information about the load from pickup to delivery into the Billor platform.
- Create and maintain relationships with Freight Brokers.
- Monitor the status of the fleet throughout the day, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated; monitor fleet and revenue performance indicators.
- Plan revenue goals and weekly strategy with the customer (driver).
Requisitos
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Have high negotiation skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Communicate assertively with a focus on solving problems.
- Be resilient and persistent, knowing how to deal with different profiles.
- Have commercial skills and know how to work with aggressive goals.
- Previous experience as an account manager.
- Proactivity and focus on results.
- On-site/Hybrid in Joinville, SC.
