Airswift is seeking a Junior Foreign Trade Analyst for a 7-month temporary position in Rio das Ostras with a leading Oil & Gas company. You will plan import/export operations, determine transport modes, and manage shipments to meet deadlines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Relations, or Foreign Trade, knowledge of Foreign Trade legislation, and at least intermediate English. Knowledge of Special Customs Regimes is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade or related field.
• Knowledge of Foreign Trade legislation.
• Desirable experience with Special Customs Regimes management (Repetro, temporary admission, export).
• Intermediate English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage import and export shipments from dispatch to final delivery, ensuring established delivery deadlines are met.
• Monitor cargo storage deadlines to avoid incurring additional costs in import and export processes.
• Coordinate process documentation and status updates with customs brokers.
• Advise internal clients on foreign trade best practices and maintain regular follow-up with them.
• Receive quote requests and prepare the corresponding quotations.
• Enter data into the system.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc. (field of study is not critical)
• Foreign Trade legislation
• Knowledge of Special Customs Regimes management (Repetro, temporary admission, and export) is desirable
• Intermediate English
