Junior Engineering Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Junior Engineering Manager to support our Engineering Team and help spearhead our growth.

As a Junior Engineering Manager, you will maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by following, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing technologies.

What You'll Do :

• Plan and monitor job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, coordinating, and enforcing company systems, policies, and procedures.
• Develop personal interaction with team members and look for growth opportunities.
• Analyze and improve billable utilization, planning capacity and forecasting on the projects' profitability.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting financial results.
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience with Financials, Budget management.
• Experience in the IT industry and with Agile Methodology.
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask.
