Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Junior Data Analytics to join our Research & Development Team. You will analyze data, generate insights, and help build scalable data products that drive decision making.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, apply SQL and data visualization to tell compelling stories, and communicate clearly in English. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a competitive USD salary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or statistics.
• Proficiency with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Understand, locate and propose new process improvement opportunities.
• Generate hypotheses and set up tests to validate them using data.

What You Will Do:

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience working with analytics, BI, statistics, or other related areas.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Very good communication skills, capacity to collaborate and build relationships with non-technical users.
• Advanced English level.
