About the role

The Junior Lawyer will join Vammo’s Legal team, supporting the Corporate & Governance Affairs function.

The role combines corporate law, governance, and regulatory structure, ensuring that the company grows with legal and operational consistency.

It’s an opportunity for someone who wants to deepen technical expertise, gain exposure to complex transactions, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review routine corporate documents (minutes, amendments, power of attorney, registrations);
• Support corporate governance routines;
• Assist in structural and regulatory initiatives, including tax, intercompany, and compliance matters;
• Contribute to fundraising and structured finance topics;
• Manage corporate filings, licenses, and registrations (Juntas Comerciais, municipal, Basement, etc.);
• Collaborate with local and foreign law firms and advisors (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Cayman);
• Support the implementation and maintenance of corporate compliance frameworks.

Hard skills

• Law degree with active Brazilian Bar (OAB) registration;
• At least 2 years of post-graduation experience;
• Solid experience in corporate law and governance;
• Familiarity with fiscal, regulatory, or compliance structures in startups or corporate groups;
• Working knowledge of data protection (LGPD);
• Advanced English for drafting and communication;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
