Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of activities by following manufacturing technical data and aligning with more experienced technicians to determine the best way to perform the work using available resources, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
• Inspect raw materials, verifying their general condition, conformity, and suitability for use according to the Component List.
• Assist in the preparation and operation of machines, adjusting parts for operations such as cutting, drilling, chamfering, and internal/external turning, always under the guidance of experienced professionals and following required procedures.
• Perform simple welds on parts and components, adjusting equipment as instructed, testing results, and submitting them for approval.
• Carry out finishing on manufactured parts according to instructions received, ensuring compliance with final quality standards.
• Identify and communicate improvement or innovation opportunities to the manager, participating in technological research and development activities related to the area.

• Technical degree in Mechanics or related fields.
• Mandatory experience with lathe and milling machines.
• Basic knowledge of machining processes (cutting, drilling, chamfering, turning) and machine operation.
• Basic skills in reading and interpreting technical data, component lists, and manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to perform simple welds and finishing operations according to quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail for raw material inspection, conformity checks, and evaluation of part conditions.

• Apoiar a execução das atividades seguindo dados técnicos de fabricação, alinhando com profissionais mais experientes a melhor forma de realizar o trabalho com os recursos disponíveis, garantindo qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos.
• Conferir a matéria-prima, verificando seu estado geral, conformidade e aptidão para uso conforme a Lista de Componentes.
• Auxiliar na preparação e operação das máquinas, ajustando as peças para operações como corte, furação, chanframento e torneamento, sempre com orientação de profissionais mais experientes e seguindo os procedimentos exigidos.
• Realizar soldas simples em peças e componentes, ajustando os equipamentos conforme orientação, testando os resultados e submetendo-os para aprovação.
• Executar o acabamento das peças produzidas conforme instruções recebidas, atendendo aos critérios finais de conformidade.
• Identificar e comunicar ao gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação no setor, participando de atividades de pesquisa e desenvolvimento tecnológico relacionadas à área.

Requisitos:

• Candidatos internos, atentar-se a Regra de Ouro.
• Ensino técnico completo em Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.
• Mandatório experiência em torno e fresa.
• Conhecimento básico em processos de usinagem (corte, furação, chanframento, torneamento) e operação de máquinas.
• Noções de leitura e interpretação de dados técnicos, listas de componentes e instruções de fabricação.
• Habilidade para realizar soldas simples e executar acabamentos em peças conforme padrões de qualidade.
• Atenção a detalhes para conferência de matéria-prima, conformidade e verificação do estado das peças.
• Proatividade para identificar melhorias, seguir orientações de profissionais experientes e aprender técnicas novas.
