Responsibilities and Assignments

We are looking for a professional to ensure the execution and management of robotics projects, from planning to final delivery. The professional will be responsible for the implementation, predictive, and preventive maintenance of robotics solutions for the client, ensuring compliance, quality, and satisfaction. Furthermore, they will work closely with business areas to ensure strategic alignment and excellent results.

• Follow implementation processes and steps, generating reports to ensure the correct use of products and solutions.
• Assist in creating action plans, identifying offenders and operational gaps.
• Propose actions to improve results, maintaining periodic communication with those involved about activities and actions.
• Provide technical support to the customer, offering training and monitoring to ensure an efficient user experience of the solutions.
• Conduct in-person training and alignment meetings, as well as field activities with the client.
• Seek continuous knowledge of solutions and propose improvements and new developments.
• Maintain good relationships with internal teams and sectors, acting as an intermediary between the client and internal work areas.
• Be aligned and cooperate with the company’s commercial strategy.
• Ensure that project execution occurs as planned, ensuring that all activities are completed with quality and on time.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Training in Agricultural or Agronomic Engineering.
• Knowledge in Control and Automation Engineering or related areas.
• Availability for long trips.

Differential

• Experience with agricultural operations.
• Knowledge of QGIS Software.
