Job summary

CI&T is seeking an Oracle EPM Cloud specialist to lead implementation and ongoing support of Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). The role emphasizes modeling, forms, dashboards, reports, and Calc Script rules to enable robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

You will work with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into EPM solutions, and deliver integrations via FDMEE/Data Exchange, strengthening cross-functional processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, especially PBCS.
• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a focus on PBCS.
• Gather functional requirements and translate into planning, budgeting, forecasting solutions.
• Strong knowledge in building and maintaining multidimensional structures (dimensions, hierarchies, members).
• Experience developing forms, dashboards, reports and calculation rules using Calc Script.
• Practical experience creating and maintaining integrations via FDMEE / Data Exchange.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand business needs and propose EPM solutions.
• Experience in user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation.
• Desirable: integrations with Oracle ERP / PPM Cloud (budgeting, forecasting, project financial management).
• Advanced or fluent English for communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, especially Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)
• Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on PBCS
