CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Developer to design and implement scalable data solutions for global clients. You will work with modern data stacks in cloud environments, building robust data pipelines, ensuring quality, and enabling governance across data assets.

Strong Python expertise, Snowflake/DBT experience, and knowledge of Azure cloud tools are required to drive data-driven decisions and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to process large volumes of data efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability.
• Implement and maintain data quality measures throughout the data lifecycle.
• Create and optimize dimensional data models to support analytical needs.
• Develop and maintain Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions for our clients.
• Implement data governance practices including cataloging and lineage tracking.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.

As a Senior Data Developer, you will design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business value for our global clients. Working with modern data stacks in cloud environments, you'll develop robust data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement effective data governance practices. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to process large volumes of data efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability
• Implement and maintain data quality measures throughout the data lifecycle
• Create and optimize dimensional data models to support analytical needs
• Develop and maintain Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions for our clients
• Implement data governance practices including cataloging and lineage tracking
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Experience working with international clients
• Strong coding experience with Python
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT
• Proven background in data engineering with modern data stacks
• Experience in Azure cloud environments using SQL and/or Spark (with Apache Airflow and Dataforms)
• Knowledge of data quality practices and implementation methods
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes
• Expertise in dimensional data modeling
• Experience implementing and working with Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions
• Understanding of Data Governance principles

Must

• Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, SQL, Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
