CI&T busca um(a) Software Architect para liderar e evoluir soluções escaláveis em .NET, com forte foco em padrões de arquitetura, APIs REST e integração entre sistemas. Você atuará como referência técnica para equipes, orientando decisões de arquitetura, padrões de codificação e estratégias de banco de dados SQL Server.

Espera-se visão sobre microservices, nuvem (Azure), prática de CI/CD e cultura DevSecOps, além de mentoring para engenheiros sênior e pleno.

Qualificações

• Experiência avançada em .NET Core/.NET 6+ e ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Liderança técnica, definição de padrões e padrões de engenharia.
• Conceitos avançados de C#: LINQ, async/await, generics e DI.
• Projeto de APIs RESTful, integração entre sistemas e contratos.
• Experiência com arquitetura de microservices e SOA.
• Domínio de SQL Server, modelagem de dados e performance.
• Experiência com Docker, Kubernetes e práticas de CI/CD.
• Conhecimento de Azure ou outras plataformas em nuvem.

Responsabilidades

• Desenhar e evoluir arquiteturas escaláveis, seguras e performáticas.
• Definir padrões arquiteturais, normas técnicas e melhores práticas.
• Conduzir documentação arquitetural: diagramas, decisões e integrações.
• Conduzir revisões de arquitetura entre squads com feedback estruturado.
• Guiar adoção de .NET Core / .NET 6+ e práticas DevSecOps.
• Mentorar developers seniores e intermediários, elevando o nível técnico.
• Definir padrões de design de banco de dados e SQL Server.
• Arquitetar integrações entre sistemas internos e externos.

You will be the technical reference for development teams, driving architectural decisions, ensuring best practices, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Requisitos:

• Design and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecturesaligned with business goals
• Definearchitectural patterns, technical standards, and engineering best practicesfor.NET-based solutions
• Lead the creation and maintenance ofarchitectural documentation, including system diagrams, design decisions, and integration strategies
• Conductarchitecture reviewsacross squads, providing structured technical feedback
• Drive the adoption of best practices in.NETCore /.NET6+development
• Guide teams onC#advanced concepts: LINQ, async/await, generics, dependency injection, and design patterns
• Define and enforce standards forRESTful API design and implementation
• Support and mentorsenior and mid-level developers, raising the overall technical bar of the team
• Design and overseerelational database architecturesusing SQL Server or equivalent
• Define standards fordata modeling, query optimization, and transaction management
• Ensuredatabase performance, scalability, and integrity across environments
• Evaluate and recommend strategies fordata access patternsand ORM usage (e.g., Entity Framework
• Architectintegrations between internal and external systems, defining clear contracts and communication patterns
• Define strategies formicroservices, event-driven architecture, or SOA where applicable
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure solutions arecloud-ready(preferably Azure)
• Contribute toCI/CD pipeline designand promoteDevSecOps cultureacross teams
• Proficiency in.NETCore /.NET6+andASP.NET Core Web API
• AdvancedC#skills: LINQ, async/await, generics, reflection, and dependency injection
• Strong knowledge ofdesign patterns(SOLID, DDD, CQRS, Repository, Mediator)
• Experience withmicroservices architectureand distributed systems
