CI&T is seeking a Software Architect to join our team with a hands-on approach, working closely with development squads to design, guide, and evolve scalable tech solutions that align with business goals.

You will lead architectural reviews, set best practices for software, tests, and deployment, and mentor engineers while driving cloud, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture in an Agile/Scrum environment. Proficiency in .NET, React, React Native, CosmosDB and SQL Server is required.

Qualificações

• Software architecture design for distributed systems and microservices
• Mentor development teams and conduct architecture reviews
• Hands-on participation across the full development cycle
• Define software development, testing and deployment best practices
• Collaborate with product and engineering in Agile/Scrum
• Guide cloud infra, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture
• Proficient with .NET technologies including .NET Core
• Strong React and React Native experience
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices design
• Experience with CosmosDB and SQL Server
• Knowledge of test automation and best practices in testing
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure

• Manage data with CosmosDB and SQL Server, ensuring security and compliance.
• Automate tests and promote testing best practices.

Este profissional terá um papel fundamental no design, orientação e evolução das nossas soluções técnicas, garantindo escalabilidade, qualidade e alinhamento com os objetivos do negócio.

Requisitos:

• Projetar e evoluir arquiteturas de software para sistemas distribuídos e microsserviços
• Conduzir revisões de arquitetura e fornecer orientação técnica às equipes de desenvolvimento
• Participar ativamente do ciclo de desenvolvimento com uma abordagem hands-on
• Definir e garantir boas práticas de desenvolvimento de software, testes e implantação
• Colaborar com as equipes de produto e engenharia dentro de um ambiente Ágil/Scrum
• Apoiar e mentorar desenvolvedores em decisões arquiteturais e desafios técnicos
• Liderar decisões técnicas relacionadas à infraestrutura em nuvem, pipelines de CI/CD e cultura DevOps
• Proficiência em tecnologias.NET, incluindo .NETCore
• Forte experiência com React e React Native
• Sólida experiência no design de arquiteturas para sistemas distribuídos e microsserviços
• Experiência com bancos de dados: CosmosDB e SQL Server
• Conhecimento em automação de testes e boas práticas de teste de software
• Experiência com práticas de DevOps e pipelines de CI/CD
• Familiaridade com serviços de nuvem, preferencialmente Microsoft Azure

Diferenciais:

• Experiência com arquiteturas orientadas a eventos (ex: Service Bus, Event Grid)
• Conhecimento em ferramentas de conteinerização como Docker e Kubernetes
• Experiência com API Gateway e padrões de segurança
