CI&T in Brazil seeks a Master Software Developer to design and build scalable, cloud-native software solutions and to act as a technical reference for junior team members.

You will mentor developers, drive modernization of a large-scale messaging platform, and contribute to Azure-based microservices architecture with emphasis on performance, security, and maintainability, collaborating with a global aviation client.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a master-level software engineer or developer.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services and AKS for microservices.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot/Cloud for containerized solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with development teams to guide project cycles.
• Design & implement cloud-native solutions in Azure for scalability and security.
• Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for software development.
• Identify risks and propose technical mitigations.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedMaster Software Developer to become a key member of our development team. In this role, you will not only design and develop scalable and robust cloud-native software solutions but also serve as a technical reference and mentor for less experienced team members. You will play a critical role in modernizing a large-scale messaging platform for a global leader in the aviation industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a master-level software engineer or developer, with a solid track record of building scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Hands-on experience withAzure Cloud Services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Strong background inJavaandSpring Boot/Cloudfor developing containerized microservices.
• Experience in designing and implementing event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Knowledge of protocols and networking fundamentals, with TCP/IP being a plus.
• Practical experience in aDevOps-focuseddevelopment environment, utilizing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging tools.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and cloud best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, lead by example, and mentor other developers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to various stakeholders.

• Collaborate: Work with development teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project development cycle.
• Design & Implement: Create cloud-native solutions in Azure, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Standards & Practices: Develop and enforce standards, guidelines, and best practices for software development.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and propose technical solutions to mitigate them.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best software development practices.
• Tech Evaluation: Investigate and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to software development in Azure.
• Mentorship: Act as a hands‑on technical reference and mentor for junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
