CI&T is seeking a Senior Content Analyst to own and optimize North American content operations, including CMS governance, repositories, metadata, taxonomy, SEO, and GEO. You will design AI-assisted workflows, ensure brand and accessibility standards, and drive content discoverability across platforms.

You will work with global teams, implement structured data and lifecycle management, and monitor content performance to improve speed, reuse, and AI adoption.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, SEO, content management, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B, technology, consulting, or enterprise marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, SEO, metadata, taxonomy, and lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of GEO, AI search visibility, structured content, and discovery practices.
• Practical experience using generative AI and building multi‑step workflows, automations, agents, or prompt‑based systems.
• Strong governance, quality assurance, version control, and human review of AI‑generated content.

Responsabilidades

• Content Operations and CMS: Build and maintain centralized content and proof-point repositories; establish metadata, taxonomy, tagging, naming, and version-control standards; manage localization, refresh, archiving, and retirement; coordinate website publishing and ensure compliance with brand and accessibility standards; improve CMS workflows and resolve governance issues across teams.
• SEO and GEO: Lead North America SEO and GEO governance; apply on-page SEO, structured content, internal linking, metadata; support structured data, schemas, topic clusters, FAQs, and entity-based content; conduct keyword and content-gap research; monitor discoverability and recommend improvements.
• AI-Enabled Content Operations: Design, test, and maintain AI-assisted workflows; use AI for research, drafting, editing, optimization, repurposing, tagging, summarization, and QA; build reusable prompts and templates; establish AI governance and documentation; track AI-driven quality improvements.
• Performance and Optimization: Measure content performance, freshness, reuse, search visibility, and repository effectiveness; identify content to update or retire; develop reports and dashboards for content ops, SEO/GEO, and AI adoption; track metrics like time to publish and cycle-time reduction.

Role Overview

The Senior Content Analyst will build and manage CI&T’s North American content operations ecosystem. This hands‑on role oversees CMS governance, content repositories, metadata and taxonomy, SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), content lifecycle management, and AI-enabled workflows. The goal is to make content searchable, reusable, discoverable, and optimized for both search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Operations and CMS

• Build and maintain centralized content and proof‑point repositories.
• Establish metadata, taxonomy, tagging, naming, and version‑control standards.
• Manage content organization, localization, refresh, archiving, and retirement.
• Coordinate website publishing and ensure content meets brand, accessibility, metadata, and quality standards.
• Improve CMS workflows and resolve publishing or governance issues across teams.

SEO and GEO

• Lead North America SEO and GEO governance.
• Apply on‑page SEO, structured content, internal linking, metadata, and keyword best practices.
• Support structured data, schemas, topic clusters, FAQs, and entity‑based content.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, search‑intent, and content-gap research.
• Monitor discoverability and recommend content improvements.

AI-Enabled Content Operations

• Design, test, and maintain AI‑assisted and agentic content workflows.
• Use AI for research, drafting, editing, optimization, repurposing, tagging, summarization, and quality assurance.
• Build reusable prompts, workflow templates, and human‑review processes.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for accuracy, quality, originality, brand alignment, and source use.
• Establish AI governance, safeguards, and documentation.
• Track improvements in content quality, speed, reuse, and efficiency.

Performance and Optimization

• Measure content performance, freshness, reuse, search visibility, and repository effectiveness.
• Identify content to update, consolidate, repurpose, or retire.
• Develop reports and dashboards for content operations, SEO/GEO, and AI adoption.
• Track metrics such as time to publish, content reuse, search success, AI‑assisted production, and cycle‑time reduction.

Required Qualifications

• High‑level English proficiency and the ability to communicate clearly with North American and global teams.
• 4–6 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, SEO, content management, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B, technology, consulting, professional services, or enterprise marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, SEO, content repositories, metadata, taxonomy, and lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of GEO, AI search visibility, structured content, and emerging discovery practices.
• Practical experience using generative AI and building multi‑step workflows, automations, agents, or prompt‑based systems.
• Strong understanding of content governance, quality assurance, version control, and human review of AI‑generated content.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and process‑development skills.
• Ability to work independently across teams, regions, and time zones.
