Hey everyone! This is Thai Viapiana from CI&T's Talent Attraction Team :) We are looking for aTechnical Architectto lead the migration to a modern data platform built on Snowflake, dbt, and Prefect. The foundation is in place—now we need an architect to guide the transformation from the existing platform while redesigning processes to meet evolving business needs.
You’ll be the technical architect guiding this transformation. Define how data moves to the new platform, redesign workflows for modern architecture, and ensure the business keeps running throughout the transition.
You’ll be the technical reference for this platform evolution! For that, you'll need:
This is an architecture and leadership role. You’ll be hands-on when needed—building migration patterns, solving complex technical challenges, creating proof-of-concepts—your primary value is architectural vision and strategic technical direction.
Work Model: Fully remote from Brazil.
Collaboration: Regular engagement with US-based business and technical stakeholders.
Scope: Migration planning and execution, process redesign, ongoing platform evolution.
