As CI&T grows, we seek a talented, motivated, and experienced Data Product Manager to join our team and lead data-driven solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop and maintain data dashboards.
• Data Modeling and Visualization: Generate clear and informative data visualizations, charts, and reports using Quicksight or similar tools. Present findings to stakeholders in a comprehensible manner.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and errors. Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data processes.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results. Create and update data dictionaries and data catalogs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with AWS tools such as Glue, Glue Catalog, S3, and Athena.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
• Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is a plus.
