What you'll do

• Ship production software. The most important thing that our team can do for the company is to ship production software. Aside from adding direct value to our customers, it is also the ultimate validation of our research and development efforts.

More broadly, you'll be a part of the team that helps lead the rest of the company to a new architectural paradigm with a new set of technologies and a new set of approaches.
• Partner. Collaborate with other teams throughout the company and across the globe to find innovative ways to help our customers accomplish their goals. Developers work with senior developers, product owners and other stakeholders to analyze, build, test, and support business software distributed in Software as a Service (SaaS) model. To be successful in this role you must love solving complex business problems and to have passion to deliver quality software.
• Key Responsibilities
  • Create a detailed work breakdown structure for assigned work and estimate work effort required for each task with assistance from a Senior Developer.
  • Conduct unit tests and end‑to‑end workflow testing of developed software to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Document work estimates, delivery schedules and test results; and communicate them effectively with stakeholders.
  • Engage in design reviews and code reviews to receive feedback on the quality of both design and code.
  • Attend and contribute to development processes like planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields of study.
  • Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills to work in diverse work environment.
  • Some experience in developing business software in Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution model using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Working knowledge of Web technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
  • SQL: DDL, DML, and DCL.
  • Test frameworks: Junit and Mockito.
  • Secure coding: XSS, CSRF and SQL Injection prevention.
  • CI/CD software: Git, Maven, Jira, Bamboo or Jenkins, Nexus or Artifactory.
  • Server software: Tomcat or similar.
  • Operating system: UNIX or LINUX commands.
