EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Java Developer to join our backend team in Brazil. You will build and sustain Java services, craft REST APIs, and contribute to microservices architecture at scale.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of practical experience with Java and OO programming.
• Design REST APIs and API development best practices.
• Experience with microservices architectures across multiple nodes.
• MySQL relational databases, SQL tuning and data modeling.
• Writing unit and integration tests with modern frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git-driven workflows, CI/CD pipelines.
• Security concepts: authentication and authorization in APIs.
• Cloud platform experience for deployment and scaling.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and team collaboration.
• Strong English at B2 level or above.

A great fit for this role brings solid, practical expertise in Java backend engineering, along with familiarity in Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and relational database systems.
