Your impact

The IT Business Analyst is an integral part of the Customer Technology Teams in the Agile Software Delivery Process. The IT Business Analyst enriches the team in the areas of Requirements Engineering, Continuous Testing and Production Support.

Your experience and qualifications

• Support of the global development teams in clarifying requirement
• Determination, documentation, checking & coordination and management of requirement
• Refinement of User Stories and Features
• Definition of the integration points with other systems and communication of the effects of possible system changes in cooperation with other team
• Methodical support in generating ideas with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts
• Execution of pre and post deployment activities in Lower and Production environments
• Successful processing of dealer inquiries for troubleshooting and changes as part of the AGCO IT incident process
• Cross-Team collaboration with other Digital Customer Technology (DCT) teams to resolve support requirements for integrated systems
• Active participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Complete Bachelor Degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education
• Fluent english is mandatory
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, ETL)
• Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) is an advantage
• Experience in requirements engineering, testing and production support
• Strong analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking; good communication skills
