What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, CPG, or manufacturing operations with a focus on inventory management
- Proven success in developing and implementing standardized operational processes
- Advanced analytical skills to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience with track-and-trace systems (e.g., Metrc, BioTrack) and ERP/WMS platforms
