Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in SDLC (software development life cycle) within healthcare product solutions.
• Understanding of Industry Standard HL7 FHIR formatting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple details.

Responsabilidades

• Lead dedicated Scrum team(s) through all SAFe Agile ceremonies.
• Create and refine user stories, maintaining a robust backlog.
• Manage technical relationships with external partners.

5+ years' experience in SDLC

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead dedicated Scrum team(s) through all SAFe Agile ceremonies, including planning and reviews
• Create and refine user stories, maintaining a robust backlog for development team members
• Prioritize and assign work based on Lean Portfolio Management strategy
• Manage technical relationships with external partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Remove blockers and drive discussions to achieve product team goals and strategic alignment

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years' experience in SDLC (software development life cycle) within healthcare product solutions
• Understanding of Industry Standard HL7 FHIR formatting
• Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple details in a dynamic environment
• Strong intuition about user experience and the ability to deliver user-friendly solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience with data movement solutions such as APIs and streaming services
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and electronic medical records
• Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and data gathering
• SAFe PO/PM certification
