Dev.Pro, a remote-first global IT team, is hiring an Intermediate Scrum Master to join our cross-functional group developing internal fintech applications. You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies and help ensure strong team collaboration and delivery.

The role includes people management activities, 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching teammates. Proficiency with Jira and a good command of English (upper-intermediate) are required to drive continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience in people management and 1:1s.
• Experience conducting performance reviews.
• Strong communication with team members.
• Hands-on Jira experience.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

We invite an Intermediate Scrum Master to join our cross-functional team developing internal applications for a global fintech company. You’ll facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies while helping ensure effective team collaboration. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with people management activities, including conducting 1:1s, supporting professional development, and participating in performance reviews.

Is that you?

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
