A AB InBev Growth Group busca um Intermediate Data Engineer para liderar iniciativas FinOps e otimizar custos, com foco em dados, dashboards e governance. O papel envolve colaboração entre engenharia, finanças e produto, com ênfase em ROI e melhoria contínua.

Você trabalhará com Databricks e plataformas modernas de dados, criando soluções que geram impacto mensurável no negócio e no desempenho financeiro da empresa. Inglês avançado é desejável para comunicação global.

Qualificações

• Formação em Engenharia, CS, Economia, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas correlatas.
• Sólidos conhecimentos em SQL para custos, uso e desempenho.
• Proficiência em Python para analytics, automação e fluxos de dados.

Responsabilidades

• Assumir iniciativas FinOps e de dados com KPIs estratégicos da empresa.
• Conduzir iniciativas de custo com melhoria contínua e eficiência mensurável.
• Otimizar workloads Databricks, pipelines, clusters e armazenamento para maior eficiência.
• Construir dashboards executivos e narrativas que conectem custo e desempenho ao impacto no negócio.
• Monitorar gastos em tempo real, detectar anomalias e acionar ações entre equipes.

What You'll Do

• Own high-visibility FinOps and data initiatives tied to the company's most strategic KPIs.
• Drive company-wide cost performance with an Excellence in the Means mindset, ensuring disciplined execution, sustainable efficiency, and measurable impact.
• Lead optimization programs across Databricks workloads, pipelines, clusters, and storage to unlock scalable efficiency.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and narratives that translate cost and performance into business impact.
• Monitor spend in real time, detect anomalies early, and orchestrate swift cross-team action.
• Define and elevate FinOps governance, standards, and accountability across domains.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to shape cost-efficient architecture decisions from day one.
• Drive showback/chargeback transparency and strengthen unit-economics visibility at domain level.
• Influence budget planning and forecasting with data-driven insights and ROI-based prioritization.
• Convert technical findings into clear recommendations for product, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data, Finance, Product, Cloud, and Ops to accelerate measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Degree in Engineering, CS, Economics, Stats, Math, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills for cost, usage, and performance analysis.
• Python proficiency for analytics, automation, and data workflows.
• Hands-on FinOps and cloud cost optimization experience.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data platform environments.
• Experience with BI tools.
• Knowledge of Azure cost drivers (AWS/GCP is a plus).
• Ability to prioritize initiatives by ROI and business impact.
• Strong problem-solving and execution in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English for global written and verbal communication.
