Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to advise clients on insurance options to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Leverage company marketing resources and personal networking to generate business.
  • Make outbound calls and field inbound calls to/from prospective customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Florida 2-20 or 20-44 License required.
  • 2 Years experience in the Florida Property & Casualty insurance market (Personal and/or Commercial Lines)
  • Proven sales experience with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM and other business software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
