What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate new business through the sale of performing rights licenses to music users
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business prospects according to a prescribed workflow
  • Reach out to potential customers via proactive outbound calls and document activities in Salesforce
  • Provide high levels of customer care and service to current and prospective licensees
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and productivity standards set for the Senior Licensing Manager role
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Cold Calling, and B2B Sales
  • Proactive and highly motivated sales professional with excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify potential problems and implement solutions proactively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Proven proficiency in CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
