About the Role

You’re driven by goals, motivated by relationships, and energized by closing new business.
As an Inside Sales Representative – Single Family Solutions, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth, expanding Qwikkit’s reach into the single-family renovation market.

You’ll build connections with franchisees, contractors, and renovation partners, turning curiosity into loyal customers. If you love helping clients solve problems, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to grow with a company on the rise, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive new business. Make outbound calls to contractors and franchisees, introducing Qwikkit’s turnkey cabinet makeover kits and identifying new opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships. Nurture accounts, educate customers on our products, and become their trusted partner for renovation solutions.
  • Own your results. Manage your pipeline, track your progress, and celebrate the wins you helped create.
  • Lead engaging demos. Host product demos and virtual training sessions that show how simple and profitable Qwikkit’s system can be.
  • Collaborate for success. Work closely with Marketing and Customer Support to align outreach and customer satisfaction goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • You’re a natural connector who builds relationships easily over the phone or video.

  • You’re comfortable in a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and use it to stay organized and accountable.
  • You bring strong communication, listening, and follow-up skills to every interaction.
  • You love learning, improving, and winning as part of a team.
Bonus Points For
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in home improvement, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with the single-family or renovation industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales tools.
