This hybrid position is based in our São Paulo office near the Santo Amaro region.
Job Responsibilities
- Successfully manage all aspects of the renewal process in the sales territory, ensuring excellent service to the client portfolio.
- Establish strong relationships with existing clients, resulting in the closure of orders and an increase in revenue from Hardware and Software Maintenance, and identifying and exploring upselling opportunities.
- Administer and track all quote requests, maintaining accurate and up-to-date forecasts in the CRM to enable agile and informed decisions.
- Develop impactful sales proposals, maintain rigorous forecasts, and efficiently create/update spreadsheets and data, promoting transparency and organization in operations.
- Consistently meet and exceed goals and KPIs, including call volume, generating new opportunities, and maximizing upsell and recovery revenue.
- Identify additional opportunities through relationship building with clients, expanding the company’s product and service offerings.
- Process orders promptly, conduct follow‑up activities, and ensure complete delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients with inquiries, questions, and concerns, always striving to provide a positive experience.
- Collaborate with different departments, gather relevant information and communicate it clearly, fostering effective teamwork.
- Respond to incoming calls, utilizing sales skills to identify needs, propose solutions, and direct clients to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the company’s products and a solid understanding of its structure, allowing for personalized and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years related experience in a sales/account management environment.
- 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce.
- Prior experience selling high‑technology products and services is a plus.
- Strong coordination, organization, and communication abilities.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently, outstanding telephone manner, follow‑through and questioning skills required.
- Confidence, strong customer service and telephone skills.
- Maintaining professionalism with internal and external customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
- Professional English.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Superior proven skills with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).
- Experience managing databases.
- Experience with ERP systems, BPCS, LX, and PowerPoint is a plus.
