Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience with process mapping and redesign (As-Is / To-Be).
• Hands-on experience participating in or leading AI, automation, or advanced analytics projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end process transformation and AI-enabled projects.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring delivery on-time and on-budget.
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping using BPMN, SIPOC, and value stream mapping.
• Support change management activities, including communication and training.
• Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases.

Responsibilities

Opportunities to working with AI Team

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Project Leadership — Lead end-to-end process transformation and AI-enabled projects, from discovery through implementation and benefits realization.
• Define project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Process Mapping & Improvement — Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping using BPMN, SIPOC, and value stream mapping.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across business processes.
• Work closely with Business stakeholders, IT, Data Science, and AI teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption.
• Design future-state processes integrating AI, automation, and digital tools.
• AI & Digital Enablement — Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation use cases (e.g., GenAI, RPA + AI, OCR, NLP, predictive analytics).
• Support PoCs, pilots, and scale-up of AI solutions.
• Governance & Value Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience with process mapping and redesign (As-Is / To-Be).
• Hands-on experience participating in or leading AI, automation, or advanced analytics projects.
