Job Description

• Manage indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning, ensuring compliance with current legislation and the optimization of the tax burden;
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS / COFINS, ICMS, ISS, etc.
• Monitor tax compliance processes and work closely with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met.
• Manage and respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, including coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
• Analyze changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance.

Desired Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law. Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred.
• Experience: Solid experience in indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning; knowledge in Tax reform; excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders.
• Languages: Fluent in Portuguese (native proficiency). Fluent in English (written & spoken) – must liaise with global teams.
