What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery to understand prospect needs
  • Respond to inbound and live chat inquiries in real time to ensure no opportunity is missed
  • Engage with prospects via various channels to generate new sales opportunitiesSchedule and coordinate meetings or demos between qualified prospects and Account Executives
  • Log all prospect interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, business development, demand generation, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare/life sciences technology sales
