What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery to understand prospect needs
- Respond to inbound and live chat inquiries in real time to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Engage with prospects via various channels to generate new sales opportunitiesSchedule and coordinate meetings or demos between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Log all prospect interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, business development, demand generation, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Self-motivated and driven to contribute to a team‑oriented culture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare/life sciences technology sales
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
- Desire to grow into a sales, marketing, or account management career path
